The only thing I will say cherydee is that all the rescues local to me including myself are full to the brim and running on a huge waiting list
The Cinnamon Trust may be your best bet x0 -
I second catchat. PLEASE don't advertise on Facebook or any other free ads. I'm not saying its all bad, but I knew someone who did this with her kittens and when I spoke to our local rspca they said there was a serious problem with cats being used as 'bait' in dog fights.
Hope you find a home for them though I think you may struggle given how many are already in rescue centres.0 -

I sometimes wonder if this isn't a bad thing....mine have been together for eight years and I think one of them would certainly have a more peaceful and better quality of life if he was on his own. Mine are both male so there is a lot of we both want to be top cat problems!0 -
Just to let you have an update about the cats. The timid one has gone to an elderly lady who previously had 2 cats for 20 years before they died and she had been looking for another cat, so I am getting regular updates and we have told her we would take him back if he did not settle and the other more livelier cat is going back to her original owner (ex girlfriend) who is travelling up at the weekend to pick her up and she also promises regular updates. So pleased this is a weight off my mind.
I must add, I tried all the organisations with no help forthcoming. They all said either full or no spaces.0 -
Good to see a happy ending0
