    Yes I do.

    Why do you ask?

We initially filled in a ESA form when her SSP ran out
but we were told because she had not paid enough
stamp she wasn't entitled to ESA.

Edit: my wife is still employed by her employer but for how
    long we don't know.

It is likely that she still has an open ESA claim, for NI Credits. I can't be sure, but it sounds like this is an ESA assessment - she still has to meet the criteria/ descriptors even if she is not receiving payment.

just wondering if it was for income based ESA, but if you work then that isnt the case.

i think it probably is for ESA, as even if your income is too high for ESA income based to be paid, she would still get NI credits [/B]

But should we worry about her DLA claim being revoked
    because of this?

There is a slim possibility that her DLA could be affected if she failed the ESA assessment, but the criteria are very different, so I would try not to worry about it.

I am sure you can appreciate this has all been very
confusing as we have never had to deal with this
    before.

We did receive a phone call with something to do with
credits, so would this assessment merely be to confirm
    she is disabled?

I think I will call them again just to confirm
exactly what the assessment is for.
