A baby would not normally be considered enough unless birth was difficult and incapacitated the OP for the whole of the period.
The FOS normally consider incapacity or death of direct family member as examples as what is suitable. As the OP had the baby and not the partner/spouse and its not likely to be something that could account for the whole of the period, you would need the FOS to be extremely generous on this. Regardless of all this, I think it's already been established that the chances of FOS overturning the Bank's original decision are unlikely.0
