    Probably none for new deposits now, but I'm still getting 5% from Clydesdale, and will be for another two years.

    5%? and here I thought 2% from Halifax was good!

    Cheshire building society is offerning 2.5% according to this website, that's the best cash ISA? Or have I not understood ISAS very well?:eek:

    Three years ago, I locked as much as I could away for five years at five percent, just before the rates dropped. So I'm still enjoying twice what I could get now if I'd gone for a shorter term:j

    Bank interest rates have dropped horribly since the government has been lending them even cheaper money.
