where do i stand

hi there advise needed here in what to do ,in sept 2012 i bought a brand new seat ibiza from big franchise , early dec 2012 i noticed water on the passenger side footwell ( i mean a lot of water ) put car in for repair and got it back 5weeks later (xmas and had to wait for carpet ) this repair seems to be fine now had car back 4 weeks and noticed oil leak , put car in to same dealership and was told crankshaft seal was leaking , at this time im awaiting it being repaired , now both repairs will be covered by warranty and maybe i should nt grumble but 2 major repairs in 6 months ownership has left me not wanting it anymore, but where do i stand with getting my money back , i took out hp over 3 years for half the value of the car = £6000 and put =£6000 down on it , i ve made 5 payments of 185 so far , do i have to grin and bear it or is there an option for me , please help ive never delt with anything like this before

As long as they are resolving the issues, then all is good.0

You'll have to sell it and take the depreciation.
But think carefully about it - you've had two minor issues with a new car, and pretty much all new cars have some issues (I recently saw a £60,000 62-reg sports car being loaded onto a trailer after failing to start). You might now get five years of trouble free motoring.0
