NTL - Grrrrrrrr!!!!

Noticed no TV signal at 5h30am this morning.

NTL customer service only available from 8am !!!

Phoned at 8am - appointment made for engineer between 8h00 and 13h00 today.

He turns up at 13h30 while I'm on the phone to NTL to complain (and have been for 30 mins being passed from pillar to post, waiting in phone queues and being cut off).

I have wasted a morning.

and unlike many service providers NTL don't compensate for missed apointments. >:( >:( >:(



Does anyone have the number for Sky ???
