Sorry its been so long up dating but only had final hearing today ...
First court date the ex didn't turn up , no phone call nothing the court wasn't very impressed with that , I stated my side and the man was very nice said a final hearing would be planned ...
Today was the final hearing ... ex didn't turn up again so basically I got everything granted in a court order that i wanted . Ex shot himself in the foot as he showed no interest .
So to all the parents having problems with ex's go to court they really do help . I was scared still but tonight i can sleep soundly knowing my daughter is going to be safe and the control freak is no longer controling our lives....:j
