    Please can you answer the question that has been asked more than once about whether your manager is the owner of the business or has a manager themselves. If it's the latter then making a complaint to the manager about his own behaviour is a pointless exercise, you have to make the complaint to the next level up (or to HR if there is such a department).
  • If the manager does this to all the staff, then it would be considered fair & equal.

    Employment at that premises is however optional..
