Hi All, I think I have clicked something in error in Outlook 2010 and now I have a box next to each name with coloured pieces next to it. Never had this before. have I clicked something on in error?

Some more info is when I hoover the house over the contact it says presence unknown where before it used to say there e-mail address?0
