Is it the buyers right to choose repair or replace when goods are under warranty?

    If you had problems at the start, you should have got it sorted back then.

    If you have told them that you have had problems from the start but chose not to report them, then why should they believe you?

    Sorry, but if you have a problem at the start, then report it at the start. Don't wait!
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?

    It's very easy to put the charger in the wrong way in a Playbook, and bend the charging socket and break it.

    This is still user error and user damage though, and unsurprisingly the warranty wont foot the bill...
