ATOS want another ESA50 completing.

I received my ESA50 last September and filled it in and returned it.
I received a letter saying I was being transferred from I.B to ESA and details of how much I would be getting.
The letter also informed me I had been put in the Support group as I was not fit for work.
My ESA started to go into my account in October.
Today I received another letter and ESA50 from ATOS asking me to complete it.

I rang JCP to ask why I was having to do this again and he told me to ring ATOS.
The man at ATOS said the JCP plus had asked them to send it.
Is this normal to be asked to fill another one in even when I'm in the Support Group?

You can be reassesed at any time even in the support group. did you keep a copy of the ESA50 you completed last time as this will be very useful for completing the new one.

It would be informative if you got a copy of the ESA85A or the ESA85 that Atos sent to the DWP's Decision Maker on it it should state a time frame for reissuing an ESA50.

There are instances of Atos sending out ESA50's to people whose medical conditions have no hope of improving!! It's as if Atos like to cause sick and disabled people unwanted stress and worry!!

    Yes, I kept a copy.
I'm assuming that the DWP's decision maker has set the time frame based on the information on my ESA50.
I expect that my condition will have had to get worse to continue being in this group.

Would I contact Atos or DWP for these?

The decision letter you received should have had a review date on it. If not ring the JCP office that deals with your claim and ask them what review date the Atos computer decided on.

not all letters have a review date.
i was reassessed after 1 year and only received a 'change of circumstances' letter, telling me in july, what the benefit rate was in April.
when i phoned i was told that i had been renewed without the need for a medical and that a 2 year prognosis had been given.
i have never received anything in writing until i phoned and asked
