Hi All
My Mum has a littlewood's account and for some reason continues to use it despite the appalling service she receives.
Shes had the acc since 1985 and last year when i reviewed her paperwork and queried the ppi she has had for years without realising littlewoods response was, tough luck, despite being with us for over 25 years and a housewife youre not entitled to a refund because the ppi was added before we were part of a dispute resolution service???
Anyway I fought with them for a year and finally got her a full refund....so g'dluck and be patient for those who have an ongoing dispute with them!!
Their most recent exemplary customer skills were on show again this week when she queried a delivery of a Nexus Tablet she ordered for my sis, it said online that the parcel was delivered and the customers signature was received, when in fact no parcel was delivered.
She queried this and requested proof of this signature that l/w claim to have. In turn L/W advise that she has to send them a signature and that unfortunately she is responsible for the cost of this undelivered item ????? PLEASE HELP!!
Is she responsible for the undelivered item?
Does she have to send them proof of a sig?
Shouldn't they have her signature?
im perplexed

It's up to them to prove that it was delivered, you shouldn't have to send them anything.0

They have proof of delivery with a signature on it.
The OP's mother is maintaining that the parcel didn't arrive. Littlewoods should investigate and as part of this it doesn't seem unreasonable to ask for a copy of the complainant's signature. Certainly if the OP was to take legal action the court would want to make sure that the OP had not put any obstacles in the way of a resolution.0 -
Hi jaclyn1christin1,
We are sorry to hear that your mum hasn't received her parcel.
If you could get her to email her details to Help@Littlewoods.co.uk we will be happy to help.
Many Thanks
Layla

Surely they would already have her signature?
When she asked for a copy of the signature they have for the delivered item?? they said she has to send hers in first then they will send her a copy of the signature they have for the delivered item??
whats stopping them just copying her signature onto a delivery notice?0
