decided to have a treat last weekend as we had a £5 voucher. So we ordered takeaway. All was fine until they took a second payment and now a third! they have promised refunds but we aren't likely to get them til next weds! their FB and Twitter is full of people that have been left short. Some are a lot out of pocket and now overdrawn. I won't be using them again!

First time i used them sunday before last, an they also charged my card 3 times on 3 seperated days, i wont be using them EVER again.:mad:

It was the pay service (PayPoint)'s fault, not hungryhouse's. I was a bit peed off too, but I definitely won't stop using them - I might just pay when the food arrives.

I've used them a few times with no problem. You could pay by cash but they are also on Topcashback at 4% if you want a little more off!
