Does MoneySupermarket miss tariffs?

I was just doing some comparisons on Energy helpline and MoneySupermarket and I noticed MS misses a few of the tariffs that EH shows, even when you select the option to show all tariffs.

The tariffs that were missing were BG tariffs e.g. clear and simple...although, it did show one tariff, "sustainable energy" which EH didn't have.

I thought all the comparison sites showed all the tariffs.

All CF-accredited energy-comparison sites should show all tariffs. Both of those you cite are accredited so should show all tariffs.

I have noticed in the past that if you go back to re-enter data or otherwise reload the page, some options revert to default settings.

I can only suggest you try again - if you use the Firefox browser with NoScript (or similar) installed, it may be necessary to allow scripts to run.

Are you supplied by BG already - often comparisson sites will not show you tariffs offered by your existing supplier

Yes with BG already. Both showed tariffs from BG though, but they were different tariffs. EH had the larger range of tariffs that it showed from BG.

There isn't an option on MSM to show all tariffs - you have to filter by the way you wish to pay.

EHL allows you to show all tariffs.

True, what I'd meant was I chose the option to show me tariffs that MSM doesn't only do.
