Bank Charges Re claim put on hold

Back in 2007 or 2008 I wrote to Lloyds TSB to begin the process of reclaiming hundreds of £'s of bank charges. I received a letter back telling me that a test case was about to commence and therefore all claims were being put on hold.

I have recently thought that maybe I should follow this up as I have heard it is/was possbile to still claim some or all of the charges.

Am I too late?

Any suggestions about how I should go about this?

Thanks for any help/advice you can give!

The banks won the court case. Charges reclaims are now over. Only those in current financial hardship, first time errors or incorrect application of charges get looked at now.
