We have a debt management arrangement with Payplan, and so far I've avoided taking calls from their 'selling' dept, but had a pre arranged appointment to talk over my annual review, so not surprised when I got a call from them about 10 mins before the appointed time - only to get a call trying to sell me home insurance.
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
