New Detached Garage

Hi all,
Looking at building a new detached garage in my flat grassed garden 7m x 6,5m trussed roof. including foundations / block walls / harling. Everything else will be doing my self ie drainage /electrics / roof trusses / tiling roof.
Have had 1 quote of £13,000 which also includes re-harling 3 sides of my semi- detached 2 story house to match garage!
Seems reasonable. local builder good reputation seen work before.
Any Thoughts??
Thanks.

Did you get this done, Ross1? Or any alternative quotes? We're also looking at this sort of job, and I'd be keen to hear how you got on.

7m x 6.5m is a double garage isn't it? What would the Builders Bible say for that, built from blocks?.0 -
