When we moved to Norfolk from the city 2 years ago, I found it a huge culture shock and felt then, as i do now, very isolated.
In my online ramblings, I had started playing online casinos and such like which saw me create a huge debt for my family and it is something that, only now, I feel able to discuss and accept and finally begin the positive move forwards.
Now I know this will be a long and difficult road for me and know that, should I have a debit card and the means to use it, that online gamling will always be there in my face on the days when I feel down - let's face it, the only thing it ever does is make you feel more down when you tot up your losses anyway but it isn't as straight cut as that.
I need to be able to move away from the ease of gambling online and the first step in doing that is to a) admit that yes, it has become a problem for me and b) take positive steps to remove it from my life.
First step is to change the banking situation so i am not able to simply click a button and deposit money.
Second step is to face all of my debts head on and stop burying my head in the sand.
Today, I am proud of myself because it is the first time in 2 years that I can honestly say i have a problem and I want to move forward from it xxx
bl00dy hell, well done.
Bravery & strength to you....The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
