    Hi, we're sorry that you haven't had the best first experience with our app :(

    If next time the receipt is not recognised correctly, you could simply report the receipt to us, and our CS can look into it for you and make sure you get all the valid rewards.

    You can report receipt by:
    - for iPhone / iPad: Click Receipt tab >> Click on the receipt that you would like to report >> Click ACTION button on top to find Report Receipt
    - for Android: Click Receipt tab >> Click on the receipt that you would like to report >> Click the menu button on your device to find Report Receipt

    Good lighting and using stitch for long receipts are great to ensure our automated system recognises your receipts quickly.

    We hope this could be helpful, and please do feel free to email us any suggestions you have for us to make the app work better for you :)

    20 minutes to earn 30p isn't that great a return though!

  • I had the toilet paper declined because my receipt was folded. It says to re submit, but I can't because the offer is no longer alive. Help!!!

    It would be great if it was possible to submit online, as an alternative to phone.

    Hi prowla,

    In fact you can also upload receipts on our website by logging into your account and upload them on the receipt page. Do remember to scan barcode with the app in store first to confirm you have the right products with offers first before snapping receipts.
    If rewards are not correctly recognised on the website, please do not manually correct any detail and simply email us the URL of the receipt in question, and we'll be able to make sure that you get your reward on the valid offers.

    Just had my first ClickSnap rejection.

    The offer was "buy 3 bottles of Bulmers cider for £1.50 off".

    Status has updated to "ineligible offer", despite the Tesco receipt saying "cider" and 2x "bulmers pear".

    I've emailed Quidco, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had receipts randomly rejected.
