Villas in south of France

As a family of four who want to go with another family of 4 we are thinking of renting a villa not a million miles from Nice - (cheap flights) but doing a google search for villas throws up a whole host of companies.

Does anyone have any experience of a villa in this part of the world? What decent companies folks might know about.


I usually book package holidays so this is a whole new ball game.

Where in the UK are you?

Generally the coast towards Spain is cheaper, so the total cost of a Villa holiday there could be cheaper than around Nice.

Have look at the links on the local tourist info websites.

Cheers for replying Richard. We are based in the northwest of England.

Was trying to keep away from Spain simply because the other family are driving from Switzerland and France was the closer and easiest option.

However, no harm in looking. Thanks
