Anyone ever had a problem with them? I searched on here before I ordered, but didn't find anything negative ...

I placed an order on the 7th and have heard nothing since. They say delivery is within 3-5 days, yet I haven't even had a dispatch email. I've sent customer services an email and tweeted them, but heard nothing.

I can't phone the helpline as I don't use the phone due to my disability.

When should I get worried? :undecided

    They're a pretty well established German e-retailer, so should be 'safe' - though doesn't explain lack of comms to you. Keep on at them.
  • Yeah, that's what I'm hoping :) They have replied to my tweet (about 36 hours after I sent it, which, in my experience is very slow. I had to give up on emailing them after 3 days of silence.) I've never had a problem with a missing delivery before, and it's a shame it is my first order with them.
  • Not very impressed with the response ...

    They've said the delay was due to items having to be sourced from another warehouse and they'd give me 10% off a next order over £30 to be used by the end of next month ... bit cheeky IMO.

    Then I find that 7 out of 13 items I ordered will not be arriving because they are out of stock. They were obviously IN stock when I actually placed the order. Seems that they work the same way as M&S which is not what I expected.

    Probably won't bother using them again.
