Anyone ever had a problem with them? I searched on here before I ordered, but didn't find anything negative ...
I placed an order on the 7th and have heard nothing since. They say delivery is within 3-5 days, yet I haven't even had a dispatch email. I've sent customer services an email and tweeted them, but heard nothing.
I can't phone the helpline as I don't use the phone due to my disability.
When should I get worried? :undecided

They're a pretty well established German e-retailer, so should be 'safe' - though doesn't explain lack of comms to you. Keep on at them.0 -
Yeah, that's what I'm hoping
They have replied to my tweet (about 36 hours after I sent it, which, in my experience is very slow. I had to give up on emailing them after 3 days of silence.) I've never had a problem with a missing delivery before, and it's a shame it is my first order with them.

Not very impressed with the response ...
They've said the delay was due to items having to be sourced from another warehouse and they'd give me 10% off a next order over £30 to be used by the end of next month ... bit cheeky IMO.
Then I find that 7 out of 13 items I ordered will not be arriving because they are out of stock. They were obviously IN stock when I actually placed the order. Seems that they work the same way as M&S which is not what I expected.
Probably won't bother using them again.0
