Well I have been dreading renewing my mobility and dla this time and as an extra crimbo present I had my incap to esa form trough the post box. but I just can't believe after reading all the bad thing that go wrong I have received again h/m h/c plus support group and all done and dusted in 14 days. Hopefully all the very bad publicity that Atos has been attracting and rightly deserves because of the inhumane treatment of sick and disabled people has made them change their ways and do their job properly.

thats fabulous news, well done did you use any sites to help fill out your forms and send of any supporting evidence, hospital letters etc?

I always go into detail so they know how things are. Give supporting evidence, and provide a doctor’s letter saying about my problems and history plus prescription and operations and diagnosis. Also give appointments with neurologist etc. and occupational therapist etc.
Also had a couple of friends to check it through before sending it. And I always send it recorded.

i think as others have said its all in the details that you send them (i was even told that on the phone when first called). if you do your home work and provide the details and paper work to back things up then hopefully you should be ok.
but do make copies and send everything recorded so you are covered. and the best of luck and thanks to you all.:)
