Hi all,
I've got problems with the above.
They were a 'grab it quick' offer from here, but I missed this but bought roses from them for delivery anyway.
The confirmation email said they'd be delivered today (I'm working away from home).
They haven't been & on checking up on my order, it says delivery won't be until tomorrow now (in conflict with my email).
I've tried ringing but they're near constantly engaged.
On the one time I did get through, it rang & rang & finally said that the shop was closed - & that closing time was 5 o'clock. I rang at 4 o'clock.
Any suggested help??
Jon

i have just looked at their T&Cs
taken from their site
"We undertake to deliver between 8am and 6pm in the Greater London area and between 7am and 7pm in the rest of mainland UK. However if we miss this delivery time but still deliver the flowers, we will not make a full refund"
so really it says up till 7pm but if we dont its the next day and nothing you can do about it
maybe they are just really busy today and may deliver later0 -
Op have a look around the site there are (or were) at least three or four threads on this (some have now been merged).

Thanks all.
Just to update:
My wife has received no flowers.
Yesterday I received no email & Arena weren't answering the phone (it was engaged near-constantly & when it did ring the message said (at 3.45) that the office was closed).
In the afternoon I noted that arena were tweeting. A number of these tweets/retweets were light hearted; making a joke of the fact they had provided an excuse to people who hadn't bought flowers.
I replied saying that I was furious & that I hadn't had an email & was replied to telling me that only affected people had been emailed - implying that I wasn't affected.
I again replied stating that my online order date now showed the 15th (confirmatory email definately states the 14th) & I've heard nothing from them since.
I have rung them today (answer phone) & emailed the twice & still have heard nothing.
Needless to say, my wife is still without her Valentine's flowers.
All in all, I can forgive the initial problem, BUT for Arena to a) joke about it on the Internet & b) mislead with their public apology & state that all affected people have been contacted, is unforgivable.

when did they joke about it? I missed that? I encourage everyone to go and leave a review at http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews105536.html#Summary because their marketing people have been out in force adding lots of 5 star reviews that all sound like cut and paste from marketing 1010
