Hi I had a boiler fitted in July 2011'which was fitted wrong by sub contractors of WARMFRONT . This was put right in and I am still awaiting my first years service and the boiler has never been signed off as safe yet. I have written 20 emails ,phone calls and complaints to Energy and Climate control but still they make appointments but never turn up. Waited in for 6 separate days so far this year . What to do next don't know where else to turn to,hope they don't treat all disabled people like this help needed:mad::mad:
