English lesson; If you're taking cash from your money box you're getting it back which in real terms is getting your cashback Hence cashback.
It's a pity that only those who have moneyboxes qualify for this 'cashback'. Also, they have to take more money than they need, carry cash on them and put it back to the box each time.
I'll stick to Aqua and wait for your next tip as I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol and don't have a moneybox.

Not necessarily, Wetherspoons £1.99 a pint, £103.48 per year :D

No it wouldn't. You never said it was a beer at a pub. I doubt you're paying £1.92+ for a can of beer at home!

...Or you could make your own wine and brew your own beer for 50p a pint. Wherry 40 pint beer kit is around £20 on ebay, ready in 4 weeks.

Just making a point that I'm 100% sure people who worry about halifax's fiver a month and Aqua's stupid £100 a year are wasting treble this a year.

I agree that cashback cards aren't the first priority when moneysaving, obviously if you are buying something you don't need (or is overpriced), then a 100% saving beats 3% cashback.

But I still don't understand what this has to do with cashback cards? Are you arguing that they're all not worth the effort (based on the amount of time taken to set them up), or something else?
