I take what I think is a good picture but it comes back saying there is an error and please try again. I have tried lots of times but it's still not working, anyone have any advice?
The file may be too big. Try compressing it. There are websites that a google search will give you that will resize your image. If not, try another browser.Living off £450 per month is easy...! If you aren't single! :j0 -
Help please! I have signed up to tcb for this offer and am now trying to upload my photos. I take what I think is a good picture but it comes back saying there is an error and please try again. I have tried lots of times but it's still not working, anyone have any advice?
It didn't work for me just now the first time, got an error page. But tried again and it uploaded.
Try a different web browser Chrome or IE and see if that helps.
Also the file size needs to be less than 5mb. If you need to reduce the size just open up the file in Paint program (Windows computer under Accessories) and just save the file again (.jpg). This reduces the size without needing to resize or edit it.0 -

Can you not sling the photo over to a computer and upload it from there?
It may be your network causing issues if trying upload from the app.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
Stupid dp threw away 2 reciepts for fuel. Got half a tank and dont reallywuse the car very often so prob not worth me filling up for the offer.0

To reduce the size I emailed the photo to myself from my phone this gave me the options with sizes which to send. That was until I realised I could do it straight from the app.
I've used my iPhone 5 and hubby used a 3Gs ( he gets the kids cast off phones and they get mine and I have the newest stuff ) both were fine as was using full site on my iPad ( after emailing my photo to myself )0 -
I just noticed that the date of the purchase does not matter as long as you load the picture of the receipt on the Topcashback site during the valid period.
Are you sure it wasn't an oversight on their part?
The terms state:The date shown on your snapped receipt must also be within the offer period above.
