That'll be plus VAT. It shouldn't be happening, using the app jas only used my data allowance. A third party app came up in the pic sending process asking for a pin number to send the pic. I entered 0000 and the TCB app said it had sent okay. I will look at the app name and edit this post to explain. Currently on my phone now on here

Edit: I believe the app that asked for permission was called group cast?

UPDATE......apparently this app isn t available for the iPad at the moment. So I don't know

Can't you use the safari browser instead of the app?

My son tried that but the upload button is greyed out. Someone else on here had the same problem.

I thought I read the upload box was greyed out on the app. I have just tried safari on my iPhone and it uploads fine. I would have thought the same apps were available for all apple products (iPhone, iPad and iPod touch).

Sains receipts are double sided at my local so you can't just take a snap and send it via the app - or I would have just done that.

I took 2 photos and emailed them as tcb themselves recommended to the address they suggested.

Someone said it depends what o s is on the iPad mine is on the latest one 6.1 so maybe it only works on the one before. What is yours on?. I can't even get to see snap and save never mind things being grey lol

I don't know. That had nt entered my mind to be honest. I thought it was an app to download.How would I do it that way ?
