If you mean TCB then it's easy - don't pay cashback to those who follow all the rules and then have to put in claim after claim and just might get paid several months or even years later or not get paid at all.

I don't know why but I have always preferred Quidco to TCB until recently (probably because I started using Quidco first). TCB is free unlike Quidco (£5 yearly fee) and they are both equal for not paying cashback on some transactions so neither is really better than the other.

Cashback is not 100% guaranteed so should always be looked at as a bonus. However I do like TCB's new instore app and they have been very quick at paying the cashback for these instore purchases so Quidco have a bit of catching up to do now

I have had a few cashback transactions denied from both Quidco and TCB but I think this is down to the retailer not the cashback sites.

However, I do think there is a problem with the referral bonus not being paid out through TCB as I noticed recently. No where in the T&C's does it state that you can't refer family members but they seem unwilling to pay out the referral bonus if you share the same surname.

Do you mean they were on the same receipt? If so you would need to sumbit the same receipt for each offer.

With the petrol, in the T&C's it says you can only claim once every 7 days. Does this mean that the maximum back is £4.00 for this offer?

The offer is only valid for 7 days so if you submit one receipt today and another on the last date you should be able to get two x £2 cashback, it is worth a try.
