Exercise DVDs

I'm looking for recommendations for a good exercise DVD please.
I'm ideally looking for something I can dip in and out of easily, as my energy can be in just a few minute bursts! Doing an hour of exercise isn't an option, but a bit here, a rest, a bit there, another part the next day would be perfect!
A mix of chair, floor and a little standing is fine. I'm very limited on how long I can stand, but I can just do what I can on good days, but for example someone suggested a gentle Tai Chi DVD and it was all standing - and I just couldn't do it.
Something obviously aimed at people with a disability or mobility issue would be ideal.
Obviously I can google for them - but it's nice to have a recommendation from someone to say they found it useful/interesting, etc!
I have an exercise ball and mat, just in case they're needed.
Thanks in advance!
