LHR (Preferably) to TBS - Advice please

I'm trying to get my holiday this summer booked, and the BA website is either being a pain in the backside, or we can no longer get flights to where we want to go (Tbilisi) at all.
Is anyone working for a travel agent able to find flights, preferably not through Russia (as it makes Georgian entry a nightmare) anywhere? We will be leaving on July 27th and returning on August 24th.
I'm happy to fly into EVN or GYD and rent a car if it comes to it. Accomodation is not a problem, as we have access to property in Yerevan/Baku, and own properties in Tbilisi and Batumi (where we're finally ending up). I'd rather avoid Turkey, purely because hire cars across borders creates problems (as Turkey isn't a CIS country)

This summer flights from LON are offered by Pegasus from Stansted, Ukraine and Turkish from Gatwick and Lufthansa, Swiss, Turkish, Alitalia, S7 airlines from Heathrow, the cheapest generally being Pegasus.
Use skyscanner to find the best flights.0 -

I'd rather have done it in one go, but that's looking to be the best option; thanks for that!
03h05 isn't too much of a problem, mainly as we're about £15 by taxi from where we need (that's tourist rate, I'm native Georgian speaker, so should get that down by 40%)
I have a car in Rustavi, that a neighbour uses when we're not there. so it should be plain sailing

Dubai's been put forward, as it was cheaper to do this over Christmas (and we get a 3 week Christmas holiday). The penalty for changing the booking was less than the difference
