Thanks for the advice.
You are right it makes sense not to tell the freeholder my intentions of selling. It's just a pity I didn't think of that before I let it slip in a earlier phone call !
Anyhow we have agreed a price of in the middle of those estimates so im happy. Our next property is going to be a house so this will be the end of my lease issues on property (hopefully)
