Downloading Music To Kindle Help

I purchased a music album from my Kindle Fire and received an email from Amazon confirming my purchase but I cannot find it on the device at all. I have gone through the help pages on the Kindle but it hasn't been much help. Can anyone help?

Not really no. Books are downloading but not music. When i click on my music order in Amazon it's directing me to launch cloud player but when i put in my card details the only two country options it is giving me are the US or Canada and i'm in the uk lol x

I don't get it. Maybe i'll leave the music alone and just download the books.
  • Hmm... are you sure it's set up correctly?
    1. Visit Amazon UK
    2. Go to Your Account > Manage Your Kindle
    3. Check Country Settings.

I checked and it is on the United Kingdom. When I launch Cloud player after my order and it asks for my card details and address I put all this down but it won't go through and it just says There was a problem with your address submission please fix all the areas and try again. The thing is I tried a few times and the same thing happens.

I found a similar proble with a Kindle I gave my OH for Christmas.
Ended up putting her credit card details but with a fictitious US address - I put our actual address on a few lines and then added the state as CA and zip code 90210!
It worked. I then deleted that card from her account and it carried on working. Tried Amazon help about it and all they could say was "don't you know somebody in the US, whose address you can use?" Chocolate teapot sprang to mind at that point. It seems to be to do with the Kindle being driven from amazon.com and not .co.uk.
