on screen keyboard on startup- how to remove?

some time ago doing `things` I managed to have my on screen keyboard brought up on boot up.
How do I remove it?

Hi,
are you on vista?
If so, control panel > Ease of Access > Use computer without mouse or keyboard , untick 'use on screen keyboard', apply, save.0 -
