For those of you who kindly offered advice over the last few days, this is the update.
The parcel arrived today!!!!
I contacted my credit card company yesterday morning & they agreed to start the ball rolling on the dispute.
This morning I got a text to say the parcel would arrive between 1.43 & 2.43 (yes, 43 not 45!)
At 1.30pm the parcel arrived.
To be fair, the stuff is actually quite good quality & well made for the price paid. However 6 items are missing so we'll see if the refund appears on my credit card.
I'm off to phone my credit card company to tell them the stuff has arrived. Eventually!
