I had Above Average and Average and now it's Perfect and Substandard. I didn't do any work in Feb??? Makes me think they just make the ratings up.

I'm wondering if ratings are for Feb to March rather than just Feb? It's seems late in the month to be giving ratings for Feb alone.

Does anyone else find some of the simulators quite difficult as some of them are very US based. It makes it very time consuming, especially when they are not paid.

I am very confused. The email says the ratings are the wrong way round not wrong so how are the ratings now different when they should have just been swapped round. I'm not sure i even did any of the jobs they have rated me on!

    That would make sense.

And yes. The US-centric nature of some of the simulator stuff makes them really hard.

The one I had substandard on, I have never done any of that type. I have done a few of the ones I got Perfect on but I didn't start working til 2nd March. Given the amount of NRT at the moment, it must be highly likely that lots of raters won't have done any/many of some type of task. How do they rate in that circumstance? They can't penalise for not having any work surely?

And dumb newbie Q - the two ratings we get - does that cover all the types of task? The type I've done the most of, well pretty much all I get, isn't either type I don't think?

Hi just wondered if anyone could tell me how long after the end time of the exam did it take for them to find out if passed or not. Thanks.

My deadline for submitting the exam was 12:00 am PST on 25th i.e. yesterday (so probably about the same time as you) and I'm still waiting to hear.

Realistically I'd expect them to take a day to go through the answers and progress to the next stage pass/fail notifications and given that they're on the West Coast the time differences make it much more likely that we won't hear until this afternoon or evening at the earliest.

I heard the same day as the exam was due in. Around 7pm that night I think it was. So you should hear this evening.

    Has anyone got work?
I had 90mins last night, but NRT all today.

I've had low scores too - unbelievable when they don't provide any work to do that they could access me on anyway!!

Getting past a joke now, NRT almost constantly since i started on 4 march....the most work i've ever had in one go is 28 minutes, and that's only happened once!! Everything else is 2 minutes at a time. Then they have the cheek to give me 2 low gradings, 1 of them for a type i've never even been sent!!!

I've had a grand total of 5 hours 2 mins work since 4 march.....and i've got an alert on there constantly, so i definitely havent missed any. So angry, especially as they continue to recruit......is it going to go down to 0.5mins a time the more they take on, because i've had a few of those already!!

I just applied, went through the screener test etc and now my application is 'in progress' and waiting to be reviewed by LF.

Did this happen with anyone else, how long did it take them to get back to you?

    Good post!

I can't complain too much, I have 50+ hours this month, but that is only because I have tried to make myself available to work pretty much constantly, and got a lot of work in the first week of the month. Ever since I have had mostly NRT with a few hours work here and there.

The quality ratings are very annoying. I have emailed asking for more feedback, to help me improve, but nothing. In fact, they seem a bit rubbish at the whole communication thing full stop.
  • Hello, xSamii - I applied on Wednesday 13th and I'm still in progress too.

I emailed last Wednesday to ask politely how long it might be before I heard anything further, and they said there were lots of applications and so thy would be in touch when they were ready to do so. So far, nothing - but I live in hope of hearing overnight.
