I've still heard nothing. After applying nearly 2 weeks ago..still in processing.
Well done on the renewal.0 -
How long did it take you guys to hear from your initial application?
I must admit the customer service is not on par with other similar companies. Literally no updates at all.... doesnt look good really as a potential source of work. Not giving the right impression. Yes i can imagine they get very busy but the other companies must do, but the customer service from them is really good.0 -

It was very quick for me; might have been the next day. Have you considered submitting another application? Annoying I know but it might do the trick.
We aren't their customers, the companies they provide their services for are. They don't have an incentive to reply quickly or even at all to applicants, unfortunately. I sent a couple of emails when I was in the application stage and never received a reply but I have always received a reply as a worker. They must literally get thousand of emails from applicants so they probably can't realistically handle them.0 -
i have my exam scheduled..... however im having doubts!!! not sure if i should go ahead. it seems very very hard.
i failed my 63336 30 question review stage, so lost that role before id really begun.
I failed Appens pre screen test. Is leap force exam similar? Although Appen said they may have something that fits my score in a few weeks.
I'm just doubting myself..... ive read some of leapforce exam guide. Seems hard.
Any advice people? I'm contemplating not doing it?
Feel like all ive done this last few weeks is exams. Its worse than when i did my degree. And to fail 63336 and Appen i just think i'm feeling a little bit like a failure and worried i'll set myself up for another with Leapforce if i fail. I know not the best attitude to have...... need some encouragement. hmmmm0 -

Firstly, hurray!! Glad you finally heard back from them, strange how it took so long but like others have said, perhaps they have been contacting people in batches.
Secondly, yes, it's quite complex!! But, you have plenty of time to read through the materials, even a couple of hours a day helps, and remember that you have access to the materials during the exam (untimed). Definitely go for it, for the sake of a few hours studying and a short exam, with the potential to earn good amounts of money, it's worth it. I was unsure about applying at all when I first looked into it but now I'm 3 months in and SO glad I've 'found' LF. I do it in addition to a full-time job and having the extra income has *substantially* improved my lifestyle!!0 -

You can do it!
Biggest reason people fail is lack of study. Set aside at least 4 days to read the guidelines. If you've got a degree you know the way you learn stuff best so keep reading or make notes about it or read it out loud, whatever works for you. It looks hard because it's all unfamiliar. The more you read them (seriously you cannot read them too much) the more it will start to make sense. Good luck!0
