Ahm3d, I haven't been able to replicate what you did or how you did it, so I'd suggest emailing them for clarification.
Ruby_Ruby, Leapforce and Lionbridge are not the same company, but they provide raters to do the same work for the same main client through the same portal.
Cybi-Ping, if LB have a requirement that raters haven't worked for LF I suspect they're going to rely on the honesty of the applicant. I don't believe there's communication between the two organisations.
I'm still in two minds about what to do if I received an invitation to rejoin LB. When I first started with LF I was adamant that I'd be back to LB in a flash, but now that I've got used to LF I'm not so sure. I think what might swing it for me is that generally you get paid more quickly by LF. However, if I did decide to rejoin LB I'd not disclose my LF work if I thought it would jeopardise my LB application.0 -
From my experience the way LB find out about it is when you are submitted to the online exam. It seems if your details match those from when you last took the exam (for either company) they are unable to submit you for it again and then cancel your application.
So it's more likely that the uhh...client that both LB and LF work for store previous raters details (ip addy etc) rather than the two companies sharing information.
LB invited me back a year after my contract ended, but could not submit me for the exam as I had completed it with LF.0 -
Oooh - I hadn't thought of that - but you're right, it will be the client who has this information.
(That's why some people who moved to LF from LB had problems logging in - I used a different form of my email address and a different password and didn't have problems.)
Perhaps I'll not need to decide if I'd go back to LB - it looks as though I won't be able to...0 -
Anybody else having lots of work of the new category of feedback? Guess we are going to get tested on these0

I have been NRT for the last 2 days. Not a single thing which is really unusual as I always get a minute or 2.£100 - £10,0000

I did 7 hours yesterday and had to give up when the tasks just wouldn't disappear! Done another 4 hours so far today and they are still coming.
It's the new ones though, and I am worried for my review coming up! I feel like I am having to rush them to keep up.0
