There used to be a finite number of people doing the work because Lionbridge recycled their staff every 11 months. Now you presumably have the same number of Lionbridge staff, plus all the ex Lionbridge staff who go on to work for Leapforce.

Assuming the same average volume of tasks is now being spread between a larger number of workers, I guess it figures the amount of work available per person is less.

That may be the case, but I can recall similarly lean times working for Lionbridge last year - and Leapforce has only been recruiting in the UK since February.

I just think it's the nature of the work that it's either feast or famine and more usually famine.

It's great to see so many people having their contracts renewed :j:j I think mine is up soon-ish....though I know I haven't met the targets for the number of tasks required. Wondering what my chances are

I had about 4.5 hours of mixed tasks this morning, but NRT since. Had a lot of variety for the last couple of days, which is great.

Yes - it's been a fun day!! It's been great to have a lot more work over the last couple of days.
