I am so happy, I have been wanting to book a little holiday somewhere but was holding off in case the contract wasn't renewed, now I can finally book something!

The email is very short, just basically gives a new expiry date.

I would definitely take this as a good sign. My reviews have been far from perfect, so if I can get a renewal anyone can!

It really is very good news. I've also been worrying about the money stopping and I haven't found anything that is a good replacement that fits in as well to my life so I will be gutted if I don't get renewed, particularly when i feel I might actually get the hang of this at some point!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Leapforce At Home Agent.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a contract at this time. We will keep
your qualification information on file, should other opportunities become
    available.

That was the email i just got from leapforce after passing the exam and signing the contract,i feel so so pained, any suggestion what i should do thinking of sending an email to them asking for a reason.
Any replies will really be appreciated

Ok, I am in! I have my login details and I have worked out how to sign in etc.

Is it just a case of checking back regularly for HitApps?

Once you reach this part is there an exam to be completed? I can log in to see HitApps just wondered if there would be an exam before I can complete a specific HitApp?

    Any replies really appreciated :)

So pleased for you Lexilex - that's fantastic news!!! It gives the rest of us some hope too.

Katykicker - did you mean to post on the LF thread as HitApps are better know with Lionbridge and Appen Butler Hill?

If you are with LF and can see tasks available then you can just go ahead and do them.

Sorry to hear about your email ebonye.

It states on the opportunity description the following which I guess answers your question.

"Search Engine Evaluators are required to have lived in the United Kingdom for a minimum of 5 consecutive years to ensure cultural familiarity."

It may be worth emailing and asking if they can be flexible on that though.

    RENEWED :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

That's great news lexilex. I'm only a couple of weeks into my contract so nowhere near renewal yet. I really need the extra money to see me through to the end of this year so my initial 6 months would be enough, but as I am enjoying the work and it's flexible I'd be happy to keep doing it for as long as they would let me.

Good luck to anyone else who is close to their renewal date.
