Beaulieu Motor Museum

We are going there on Sunday, just wondering if there are any ways to get a discount on entrance, a family ticket is £41.50.

No, we went yesterday but couldn't find any money off vouchers. It cost £41.50 for a family of 4 and to be honest we didn't feel it was value for money but was a nice day out. If you fill in the gift aid forms on the way in you get a free annual pass for each of the people paying to go in. It's not a place we would pay to go back to, but if we're camping there in the summer we may go for a picnic as you can take your own food in. Also dogs are allowed in the grounds but not inside the buildings and there's a shelter and water for them so you can leave them tied up out of the sun.

Has anyone seen the new Top Gear exhibition there? My boys thought it looked like fun when I showed them on the web - and hubby wants to see the Bond cars. Personally it's my idea of purgatory so the only option is to convince them all that it's poor value for money ;-)

If you're an AA member, ask about discounts when you pay. They don't seem to advertise it but you definitely get a discount. Sorry, can't remember how much. :o

The Top Gear exhibition is not huge but worth a look; it includes a film presentation.
