Cheapest Prepayment?

Okay, so I know I get hung out to dry on Prepayment meters, but to be honest, its the best way to keep track of how much energy I use. I'm not bad with budgeting far from it, I just find it more convenient.
That said, finding the cheapest one is actually quite tricky, given that people (including MSE) have stopped promoting the smaller energy companies such as Ebico, Cooperative Energy and so on. Currently I'm with Ebico (a subsidiary basically of SSE who don't have a standing charge) and so far, my monthly bill is less than £50.
What I want to know is...who's the cheapest, without going onto a credit meter, where the energy can just run and run and run.
Thanks!

Be Warned: Any decision made by ATOS should be treated with the contempt and suspicion in rightly deserves. If in any doubt, make sure to appeal any and all decisions by ATOS. Do not take their word for it, do not give them an inch of trust.
When judging if ATOS were fit for work, it looks like they self-assessed. //Rant-Disclaimer End.

How so? PPM's cost the same as the supplier's Standard credit tariff.
Ebico buy their product from SSE Wholesale, but they are entirely independent of them.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
