I've just received the party dress, the rainbow one

    http://www.pumpkinpatch.co.uk/flatshot/W2GL80048/col/SPCDCORAL/listing/161983/categorypath/girl/girl/nothing-over/skirts-and-dresses/

I'm not very impressed with it :(

It looks old or dirty to me. I thought the colours were going to be vibrant. But thank you to the OP for good spot.

Oh that is such a shame, I've been an avid fan of PP for almost 5yrs now and have only been disappointed a couple of times and both times PP customer service have resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

If you exchange for another item do you still get charged the £1.50? I know you do on refunds (tho you did get free postage to you and its free to return bar the £1.50 so its not like its daylight robbery really just as a % of the cost it seems a bit of money). I'm sure if you swapped it for a few long sleeve t's or a skirt or anything really you would be happy.

Both my son and my daughters wardrobe's are 70% PP for the last five yrs and as I said I've only been unhappy a couple of times - it would be worth exchanging as you do have the right to be pleased with how your money is spent but they have the right to try and fix the problem.

    IMO anyways :)

I've just returned the dress as there was a mark on it and they are sending out a replacement with free P&P.
  • I am delighted with my daughters £5.60 party dress !!!

It is beautiful and looks like an expensive Monsoon silk dress and the coral colours are lush .

    Thanks op

  • I endend up spending about £65 because there were so many bargains!! but am really really pleased with everything. Lovely quality, thanks op.

Hi, just one note of caution, although pumpkin patch offer free delivery ( and i can vouch for super fast fedex) and they also send out a returns form with a preprinted returns label, i was stung for £1.50 when i had to return some trousers that didnt fit. It was simply deducted from the refund amount, and i only found out when i emailed them to ask why.
Its not mentioned on their returns policy, so if you are unsure of sizing, i would say be careful.
