Whenever I've ordered from PP, it has always taken a while for the stuff to be delivered and then about 2 weeks later I get a customs certificate informing me that I don't owe them any money. I think the company are from New Zealand.Make £2012 in 2012 member #88

Whenever I have ordered from PP I get my stuff in approx 4 days - from NZ. My last lot was ordered on a Sat night and arrived first thing Weds morning!0

They are normally quite quick to deliver and you can track your packages with Fedex travelling across the world! Mine have arrvd in London this am so we should get them soon!

Both of my orders should be here at 12pm today :j How refreshing to see a delivery company actually put when they are going to deliver the parcel on their tracking info (unless it says 12pm for everyone!)0

Well both parcels just delivered - so maybe the 12pm was a bit random! Nice clothes but the cardigan/bolero top looks incredibly small for a 7 year old. Have no children myself so maybe am a little clueless - lets hope my niece likes them in a couple of weeks. She's very small so I'm hoping it'll fit!0

I love Pumpkin Patch stuff. I must have made 20 orders with them (another two today) and have never been disappointed. I have no idea how they manage the free P&P so frequently though! Definately not complaining...thanks OP0
