problem with flight delay example complaint letters

Hi there - I am trying to download the example complaint letters from the website about the flight delays - however they are .rtf files and on a mac come up as a complete jumble of letters and symbols. Please could MSE give them as .doc ? or if anyone has any advice as to how I can 'unjumble' them I'd be very grateful. many thanks
