Missing Cash Back - Asda Credit Card

I have been using Asda's new money credit card for several months now but haven't been getting all the cash back they state in their offer.

Even if I round down every purchase I have made on my card I still don't recieve the percentages they sat they offer (both at asda and elsewhere)

Has anyone else noticed this

sorry to hijack the thread but rather than add another post i though i'd ask here. with the asda money card do balance transfers count towards casback i'd be suprised if they did but thought i'd ask.

Can I ask what % are you meant to be getting and what % have you been getting?

No, I don't think that there are any cards that give the balance transfer as a cashback %, although some cards refund a % of the balance transfer fee, as special offers.
