Hi
My friends daughter is just getting over a really bad case of chicken pox, but the doctors have just discovered that she now has some kind of bacteria under her skin which is usually only found on the skin so the poor little thing is feeling pretty bad at the moment.
I'd like to pop a little something in the post to her whilst she's off nursery. any suggestions would be much apreciated.
thanks

If it's something that you have to post, then big boxy games are out of the question.
What about a nice book, or childrens music cd, which she can listen too? (TK maxx usually have these cd's at around £1.99 each!)0 -
Colouring book and pens/pencils/crayons? Some kids comics? A DVD of one of her favourite shows, especially if your friend doesn't have digital TV as Kids Tv is only on a few hours a day on terrestrial? Depending on how laid back your friend is, a small stash of sweets would probably be appreciated too!0

A craft tub, decanted into a suitable A4 envelope. Glitter, shapes, stickers, feathers etc, etc."On behalf of teachers, I'd like to dedicate this award to Michael Gove and I mean dedicate in the Anglo Saxon sense which means insert roughly into the anus of." My hero, Mr Steer.0

Story tapes/CDs are great for poorly little ones. Maybe rather than just the usual candy/sweets junk, the fruit based ones you can get with added vitamin c etc, dried fruits or even fresh fruit (maybe not such a good idea if posting it).One day I might be more organised...........

I don't want to sound negative, but everyone gives a three year old colouring books...and she probably is all coloured out.

The Early Learning Centre have some fantastic things for small children, and it would be nice to give her something that she would remember as being really original and negate the awful memory of being so ill. How about this? Not that cheap, but what price a three year olds happiness
You could get them to send it straight to her.
