Hi,
Definitely agree with previous 2 posts before this, especially the caring Mum.
I also got myself into a payday loan mess last year( and I'm much older than you and can't use the inexperience of youth as an excuse)!
Like you, I was receiving daily phone calls, including calls at work, which was awful and letters etc.
I decided to chat with my Dad and ask whether he would loan me £3000( the amount of debt I had). This wasn't easy, as I felt as though I'd let him down and felt like a complete loser. I also felt angry at myself for ever getting sucked into the payday loan cycle .But then I thought about what I would do if my own son was ever in a financial hole and thought that I would always help him out. I also thought that I hope he would always come and talk to me rather than worrying alone.
Anyway, I have now cleared all of the payday loans. I can sleep at night without worrying and I am paying my Dad back each month.
I think also that if you can set up a new bank account that's a great idea. That way these companies can't empty your bank account.
Really good luck. You can sort this out xx0
