Hi all

Is there knack to winning Twitter comps? I must have FW and RT 5000 or more and nothing at all?

Honestly - not moaning as they are rather easy to enter, just wondering is all??

This might help you out. It expalins different ways of people winning on twitter, how often they tweet and things.

Also some of my stats - 7655 tweets and 48 wins. I look for low entry ones :) x

do what it seems alot of people do and have umpteen accounts,,,
EVEN 1 or 2 'supposed' friendly big compers whove been around for years use bogus accounts (easy to spot when you look at certain tweets)
Twitter is ok but is far too easy to fake, ever wondered why there arent many 'big big' prize winners listed on here - i heard 1 radio report that 1 person had 270 accounts (i have no idea how youd run all them i struggle to keep on top of just mine and my partners, and only do twitters as a last resort)
Still comping, after 2 heart attacks 4th feb & 6th feb, and a stent put in.. 45 years old only:eek:

    ...

and a life dominated by competition entries, presumably. I'm not passing judgement (much), but it does make me feel sad that peoples' lives are seemingly dominated by this "hobby". I just hope they are, and remain, happy when they look back on their life.

I wouldnt have thought theyd be happy at all if they have to resort to cheating to win..
My grandad always used to say 'cheats never prosper' - main reason i guess is who can you actually tell if youre cheating as 99.9% of people would condemn you, so if its only to please themselves they will already have a sad lonely existence i would think...
(also if you have tons of accounts you wouldnt be able to do as many competitions per hour as youd have to sign in/sign out etc and the bigger prizes now require id mostly)
