It was stupid of me to try to self medicate, I'm not recommending it. This is partly why I'm writing this; there are so many positive reviews on forums and even books about Agnus Castus, many say there are no side effects other than perhaps sickness if you overdose. I've only actually found one negative review and in light of all the positives it becomes easy to dismiss, this is misleading and partly I'm opening up the question to highlight to others looking to try it, that there might be unwanted side-effects, which don't appear to be documented.0
