    Hello, I've not received the email or the resend? I have checked in spam and it's not there, I'm receiving other emails and I've received all of the emails from you before so I don't know what's gone wrong?

    I think from that advert its pretty clear cut what the offer was.
    The salon have denied they ever offered this with wowcher, so either they are lying and should refund
    or wowcher has ballsed up and should refund

    why not just state if you are refunding here wowcher....
